What SMS One provides

SMS One provides tools for SMS and MMS messaging, conversation organization, expense detection, reminders, scheduled messages, appearance settings, and related Android features. Features may depend on your device, Android version, mobile carrier, permissions, default messaging-app role, connectivity, battery settings, and alarm access.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your device, phone number, message recipients, message content, and use of SMS One. You must comply with applicable law, carrier rules, recipient consent requirements, and third-party rights. Do not use SMS One for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, malicious content, or unauthorized automated messaging.

You must review recipients, message text, timing, and recurrence before sending or scheduling. Protect access to your phone and do not place passwords, one-time passcodes, or sensitive financial details in support submissions.

Carrier service and charges

SMS One uses Android and your mobile carrier to send and receive SMS and MMS. Your carrier may charge messaging, data, roaming, or other fees. Delivery speed, availability, size limits, and delivery confirmation are controlled in part by your carrier and the recipient's network. Envi One does not operate those networks and cannot guarantee message delivery.

Scheduled messages and reminders

Scheduled messages and reminders depend on Android alarms, notification permission, background execution, device power, time settings, network availability, SIM and carrier service, and the app remaining installed with required access. They are convenience tools, not guaranteed emergency, safety, medical, legal, or financial alert systems. Verify time-sensitive or important communications independently.

Lifetime Pro purchase

SMS One may offer Lifetime Pro as a one-time purchase through Google Play. The price shown by Google Play at checkout controls. Purchase processing, taxes, payment methods, restoration, cancellation, and refund eligibility are handled under Google Play's applicable rules. Pro access is tied to the Google account and valid ownership information supplied by Google Play.

Support and feature suggestions

You may contact support or suggest a feature through the app or at ysaleh@envi.one. We may use suggestions without obligation to implement or compensate for them. Do not send information that is unnecessary to the request.

Intellectual property

SMS One, its website, branding, interface, documentation, and original software are owned by Envi One or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of SMS One to you.

Service changes and availability

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product development. We may restrict access when use creates risk, violates these terms, or harms users or the service.

Disclaimers and liability

SMS One is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, carrier delivery, perfect expense detection, or that every reminder or scheduled action will occur under every device condition.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Envi One is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of SMS One, carrier failure, missed or misdirected messages, device settings, or loss of data. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Privacy and changes to these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms when the app, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
